Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures of use, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities, for all games and web services provided by 20 Years Ago (the "Site").

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

These Terms take effect when they are posted on the Site's main page or otherwise notified to members and users.
When there is an important reason to do so, the Site may amend these Terms to the extent that this does not violate applicable laws, and will announce the amended Terms through a notice.

Article 3 (Provision and Change of Services)

The Site provides users with browser-based casual game services.
The Site may modify or change all or part of the services it provides when this is needed for operational or technical reasons.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

Users must not do any of the following.

Registering false information when applying or making changes
Using another person's information without permission
Altering information posted on the Site without authorization
Sending or posting information (such as computer programs) other than the information specified by the Site
Infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of the Site or of third parties
Damaging the reputation of the Site or of third parties, or interfering with their business

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Site is released from responsibility for providing the services when it cannot do so because of a natural disaster or a comparable event beyond its control.
The Site is not responsible for any disruption in the use of the services that is attributable to the user.
